It's perfect for washing both glassware and dishware, up to 17 high. With a 90-second wash cycle, the CMA B-2 straight dishwasher can clean up to 80 standard dish racks per hour. The CMA B-2 double rack dishwasher only uses 1.5 gallons of water per cycle. Its pump purging system eliminates soil and chemical carryover during the rinse cycle, trapping plate debris in a built-in Poly Pro scrap accumulator, keeping the wash water clean. As part of its unique spray arm system, upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps provide excellent cleaning.
